Co-founder; class teacher in middle & school. Heads languages & painting. Supports pedagogy, training & festivals. Post MBA, she has 10 yrs of corporate experience. Children teach you to be fully in the present and it’s a good present, when a teacher is fully present for them, she opines.

Co-founder, principal & class teacher in high school. Supports research in Math & Science. Heads finances and fund raising. B.Tech- E&I, 18 yrs experience. Education must equip a child to lead a fulfilling life by enabling them to discover their full potential, natural tendencies & interests, he says. Both his children study at Vidyakshetra.

Post B.E(Mech) & 18 yrs of software consulting, he is a full time teacher at Vidyakshetra where his son also studies. Education helps create good human beings who can then create a good society. What he likes about Vidyakshetra is the opportunity kids have is to unveil their own unique personality & stand apart from the herd.

An IITan with 23 yrs of IT industry experience, he now is a full time teacher, passionate about teaching math & science and in building institutions which are long lasting. He believes that creating a blend of pre-British Bhartiya education systems with modern and contemporary content is the key to reviving the past glory of the country.

Has taught undergraduate students for 5 years at PES Institution. She has an MCA and an MBA degree backing her. A passionate teacher, she believes in increasing classroom engagement through practical assignments and group activities. She has experience in developing curriculum, teacher training and conducting parenting programs. She says "At Vidyakshetra, I love vidyalaya’s concept of ‘Gurukula’ model of education thereby reviving and retaining our sanatan tradition. I love the concept of holistic teaching with a focus on professional, social, religious and spiritual education."

For 2 decades, she is serving as Bal Vikas Guru in Satya Sai Organisations & Communicative English tutor at esteemed institutes.. Has earlier experience in food & pharmaceutical industries as a chemist and microbiologist, post her BSc (Microbiology). Teaching at Vidyakshetra is blissful & I’ve grown as a person, she says.

Commerce graduate with training in kreeda from RSS, he regularly conducts RSS Shaka & is a swayamsevak. He believes deeply in serving the society & our nation. He worked as an administrator in a private company for 7 years before joining as a full time teacher at Vidyakshetra. He likes being with soil and with very young children.

Samskrita Language Teacher
Apart from Samskrita Sambhashana & Bhagavad Gita teaching, he is also in-charge of admissions. Post BE (E&C), worked as finance professional for 10 yrs in the IT industry. Since 2014, he is an active volunteer at Samskrita Bharati and conducts 10 days spoken Samskrit shibiram across Bangalore. He likes the Bharatiya culture being imparted at Vidyakshetra.
Balaji V S
Operations & Infrastructure Manager
Administrative incharge & coordinates child admission processes. He is a parent of two of our students. Apart from vidyalaya administration, Balaji also takes care of coordinating for recruitment and child admission. Balaji holds a Diploma in Textile Technology and has worked in Textile and Apparel industry for 24 years in the past. His simple yet sincere attitude wins everyone’s hearts.

Her 2 decade experience in managing export houses inspired her journey as an Entrepreneur, for a decade. She now manages the production & operations of Vidyagrama community enterprise at Vidyakshetra. Both her children study at Vidyakshetra.
